1. What are your candles made from? Our candles are crafted using high-quality, eco-friendly materials. We primarily use 100 percent natural soy wax, ensuring a clean and safe burning experience.

2. Are your candles scented? Yes, we offer both scented and unscented candle options. Our scented candles are infused with carefully selected fragrances that provide a delightful ambiance in any space.

3. How long should I burn the candles? Your first burn needs to be 3-4 hours in order to achieve a full melt pool. Please do not exceed over 4 hours.

4. Do you use lead-free wicks? Absolutely. Our candles are equipped with lead-free wicks to ensure a safe and clean burn. This eliminates the potential release of harmful substances into the air while the candle is lit.

5. When are your restocks? We restock once a month due to lack of space.

6. How should I store my candles? Store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This helps maintain their color, texture, and overall quality over time.

7. Are your candles safe to burn indoors? Absolutely. Our candles are designed to be safe for indoor use. However, we recommend placing them on heat-resistant surfaces and away from drafts, flammable materials, and curious pets or children.

8. How can I prevent tunneling in my candles? To prevent tunneling (uneven burning), trim wicks 1/4 inch before each and every burn to ensure the flame does not smoke, flicker, or raise too high.

9. What's the best way to extinguish a candle? We recommend using a candle snuffer or gently blowing out the flame to extinguish your candle. This minimizes smoke and reduces the risk of hot wax splattering.

10. Can I recycle the candle jars? Yes, many of our candle jars are designed for reuse or recycling. Once the candle has burned down, clean out any remaining wax and repurpose the container or recycle it according to your local guidelines.

11. What are the safety terms for candles? Always leave 1/2 an inch of wax at the bottom of the vessel, and never touch or move a burning candle when the wax is in liquid form.

12. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? Yes, we offer bulk and wholesale pricing for larger orders. Contact us at our business email address for any questions on bulk or wholesale prices.
